• Portal Management – KURSNET & mein NOW (Core Focus) • Become the in-house expert on the logic and algorithms of KURSNET and mein NOW • Continuously refine course descriptions, metadata, and categorization within both portals • Conduct deep-dive research to identify and map high-intent search terms directly to our course listings • Track, analyze, and report on listing performance across both platforms • Scale our reach by managing and growing our presence on additional platforms • Utilize Edtelligent to efficiently manage and synchronize listings across regional portals • Work with the content and marketing teams to ensure all course copy and portal listings are accurate • Leverage AI-powered tools where relevant to streamline keyword research, listing audits, and content refinement • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to align portal strategy with broader campaign activity and course launches

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in portal management, digital marketing, or a data-driven marketing role
  • Native-level German — essential for managing German portal backends and understanding nuanced search intent
  • C1 English (written and spoken) — essential for collaboration with our international team
