Title: Customer Service and Operations Representative (Part Time) Location: Blenheim New Zealand Job Description: Part Time onsite Late shift opportunity at the Blenheim Airport working up until 8.30 pm in this part-time role working 20-hours per week! As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and promoting the company's products and services. On occasion we may also need help out back cleaning and preparing our vehicles for the next customer. - Supportive, friendly, and caring culture - Entry level position - Training provided About the Role From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services, process rental agreements, payments, and provide information on rental rates and policies. You will also resolve any customer issues and complaints. To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be responsible for checking vehicles in and out, conducting inspections for damages, and required to clean vehicles from time to time. In this part time role working 20-hours per week we are looking for someone to fill our late-night shift working as follows: - Monday: 15.00 - 20.30 - Thursday: 15.00 - 20.30 - Friday: 15.00 - 20.30 - Saturday: 13.00 - 18.30 What we are looking for: This position typically requires excellent customer service skills, ability to sell, work independently, work in a fast-paced environment and not afraid of some labouring type work cleaning cars. To be more specific: - Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role. - Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. - Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided) - Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
