POSITION: Analyst, Operations Performance (Remote) COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $71,000-$80,340 plus bonus potential. ​Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan, student loan assistance, licensing and continuing education reimbursement, parental leave, and housing allowances or gifts REPORTS TO: Director, Business Ops & Support SUMMARY: As an Operations Performance Analyst, you function at an HQ level while supporting onsite Team Members. This position will have a heavy focus on maintaining the portfolio’s performance in operations, accounting, and financial sectors, providing training, and coaching to team members in their assigned portfolio as needed. The Operations Performance Analyst will work alongside the Portfolio/Regional Manager providing support in overseeing the performance of team members assigned to their community set. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to): - Actively supports business units to drive the effective selection, development, implementation, and integration of analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize business activities and make meaningful intelligence/reporting possible. - Monitors key operational metrics and respond as necessary to ensure consistently superior operational performance. - Propose strategic recommendations that will enhance business value and drive performance improvement related to financial and operational metrics (customer count, acquisition, and retention). - Identifies opportunities for improvement and engages in cross-functional initiatives to drive improved performance with team members. - Assists with Training onsite teams to use KPIs to make data-driven decisions and better understand their role and responsibilities. - Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude about the company with team members, residents, and clients. Produce professional business writings, assessments, memos, and projects based on assignment findings. - Contribute to department platform developments and company-wide rollouts and provide feedback from the onsite teams to these changes. - Participates in Cardinal U training as required and monitors onsite team progress. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be willing to travel up to 8-12 weeks per year. - Operate with professional written and verbal communication skills, as well as possess great interpersonal skills - Meet strict deadlines and prioritize assigned projects and tasks accordingly - Utilize analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. - Problem-solve and think outside-of-the-box - Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Excellent time management, and organization skills. - Must have a strong background in operations, financials, budgets, residential law, leasing, marketing, and facilities principles. - Advanced knowledge of property management software, including but not limited to Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. - Ability to understand and carry out industry-specific written and oral directions with a positive, innovative approach to problem-solving. - Presents ideas in a clear, concise, understandable, and organized manner; negotiate, persuade, and modify opinion to reach the goals/objectives of the organization. - Independently perform as a project leader and team member. - Ability to work in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through. - Neat, professional appearance. - Strong client relations skills and previous supervisory experience are required. - Embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal’s Core Values every day.
