ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Software Engineer (AI Automation), you will join a focused team building AI-powered automation tools across KIBO’s business operations. Reporting directly to the Director of AI Automation, you will work closely with teams across the company to design, build, and ship software that meaningfully changes how people do their jobs. This is an early-stage initiative where you can expect to take ownership of projects that have visible impact across the entire organization as the team and work mature. • Design and implement network automation tools and frameworks to streamline configuration, deployment, and monitoring across partner datacenters. • Develop and maintain scripts, playbooks, and pipelines for automated provisioning of network devices and services. • Integrate Brokkr’s platform with network management systems and APIs exposed by datacenter vendors and equipment. • Troubleshoot network issues and work through L2 and L3 support incidents with a focus on automation-based remediation. • Monitor and improve network performance and uptime across diverse hardware and topologies. • Ensure network security policies are enforced through configuration automation and compliance checks. • Collaborate with infrastructure and systems engineers to support seamless deployment and scaling of bare metal resources. • Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable, fault-tolerant network solutions.
