Bikeleasing-Service Deutschland
• Responsibility for the operational payroll processing for multiple entities within the Bikeleasing Group • Continuous improvement of payroll processes • Design of reporting mechanisms, improvement of interfaces and optimization of workflows • Maintenance, validation and reconciliation of all payroll-relevant data in DATEV Lohn & Gehalt as well as interfaces to the HRIS Personio and accounting systems • Support for the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and month-/quarter-/year-end closing • Reconciliation of relevant data, information and reports with external tax advisors, auditors and social security authorities • Coordination of external payroll service providers and ensuring consistent processes and quality • Development of payroll-related tools, reporting logic and interfaces in coordination with People and Finance
Job Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in payroll management, ideally within a mid-sized corporate group
- Very good knowledge of German payroll tax and social security law
- Confident user of DATEV Lohn & Gehalt
- Strong knowledge of Personio is an advantage
- Structured thinking with a focus on processes, standards and scalability
- Pragmatic, lean solutions for complex issues
- Ability to take technical lead when required and manage topics with confidence
- Independent, precise and reliable working style
- Business-fluent German (at least C1)
- Fluent English (at least B2)
