Job Requirements

  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em Customer Success B2B;
  • Experiência em gestão de carteira de clientes, incluindo negociações e upsell;
  • Conhecimento de processos de venda e CRM;
  • Boas habilidades analíticas para trabalhar com análise de dados e planilhas;
  • Curso superior completo ou em andamento;
  • Ótima capacidade de comunicação (verbal e escrita) e paixão por relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Vivência anterior com o ecossistema dos nossos clientes (vendas B2B e prospecção comercial);
  • Experiência em SaaS.

Manager, Customer Success As our Manager, Customer Success at PagerDuty, you will be reporting to the Director, Enterprise Customer Success.
