Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, strategic engagements, or high-touch consultative roles within enterprise software or AI-focused environments.
- Strong ability to influence senior business stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making units through compelling data-driven narratives.
- Demonstrated success in developing rigorous business cases and financial models (NPV, IRR, etc.) that justify major capital or operational investments.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate across diverse internal teams—including Product, Marketing, and Partners—to drive complex strategic alignment.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to move seamlessly between high-level vision and the tactical execution of a value realization plan.
- You can take a complex technical solution and explain its financial impact to a CFO in five minutes.
- You enjoy the "blank sheet of paper" phase of discovery and can build structures where none exists.

Role Description We are seeking an Associate Engineer /Consulting Engineer to join our Market and Transmission Analysis team. This is a full-time role for an early-career engineer with strong quantitative and analytical skills who is interested in working at the intersection of transmission planning, energy markets, and grid reliability. In this role, you will support a range of technically rigorous analyses related to: - Transmission system performance - Generator interconnection - Regional grid planning You will work closely with senior engineers and consultants to develop data-driven insights that inform major energy infrastructure investments across North America. Overview William Charles Electric, a MasTec Company, is hiring a Project Engineer that will work with the project team to support all documentation as well as QA/QC activities required under the contract in multiple projects. This position will also work with site superintendents to best utilize labor, equipment, and subcontractors. Location & Travel: You can be based in any city or state in the United States.
