• Be the right hand to the COO, taking ownership of projects and workstreams that involve multiple teams in the organization, often tied to revenue. • The work that you own will vary as the business grows and scales. Examples of projects include: developing and executing a new onboarding process for a new line of business, working cross-functionally to drive revenue performance for recently acquired product lines. • Be expected to take full ownership of the problem set and work with project teams and cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategies, with an emphasis on successful outcomes. • Translate strategy into structured execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines. • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or program leadership roles.
- Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into execution with clear structure and follow-through.
- Experience building or scaling PMO or operational frameworks.
- Track record of working closely with executive leadership and influencing outcomes.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and results.
- Clear, direct communicator who can align stakeholders at all levels.
- A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

What You’ll Do This role will be tailored to the needs of the CMO, with a strong focus on supporting Prenuvo’s Clinics organization and clinical strategy.
