The Opportunity Happy Mammoth is looking for a Growth Manager to own funnel performance, CRO, and the commercial alignment between paid acquisition and on-site experience. You will build, test, and optimize the funnels and landing pages that turn paid traffic into customers — and you will be measured on whether they actually convert. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, conversion optimization, and commercial strategy. About Happy Mammoth Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural health company formulating, producing, and marketing gut health and hormone-balancing supplements to millions of customers across Australia, the United States, and Europe. We operate direct-to-consumer through Shopify Plus and Amazon, with deep roots in performance marketing and direct response. This is a company built on speed, testing, and commercial results. The Role You will lead three critical outcome areas: - Conversion & Commercial Execution - You share ownership of on-site commercial performance across all Happy Mammoth stores (US, EU, AU). Your focus is ensuring strong alignment between what ads promise and what landing pages deliver. You drive Revenue per Visitor by directing the optimization of the connection between paid traffic sources, landing pages, offers, and checkout flows. When conversion drops, you diagnose the root cause - creative mismatch, offer fatigue, page friction, and direct your team to fix it. - Funnel & Page Development System - You own the full lifecycle of funnels, landing pages, PDPs, and commercial flows, from brief to build to test to scale. You set the strategic direction, write testing hypotheses, define success metrics, and oversee structured A/B testing programs. You ensure disciplined execution: briefing your developer, copywriter, and designer with clear direction, enforcing performance validation before scaling, post-launch monitoring, and fast iteration when results are not where they need to be. - Product Launches & Special Campaigns - You lead the commercial execution of new product launches and seasonal or promotional campaigns. You direct designers and developers to build the launch funnels, landing pages, and supporting assets, set the creative and strategic direction, coordinate timing with the paid media team, and ensure every launch is set up for measurable success from day one. You own the go-to-market funnel - not just the ongoing optimization of existing pages. You also own the strategic feedback loop between funnel performance and the paid acquisition team. If a creative angle is driving traffic that does not convert, you surface that insight. If a funnel variant is outperforming, you communicate what to scale. You are the bridge between media buying and on-site conversion. What We’re Looking For You have experience leading the creation and optimization of acquisition funnels in a direct-to-consumer environment. You understand the full funnel from ad click to checkout, and you know how to diagnose where performance breaks down. You are fluent in funnel metrics: CVR, AOV, RPV, CAC, ROAS, and LTV are part of how you think, not just terms you recognize. You have overseen structured A/B testing programs and can distinguish statistical significance from noise. You have worked with Shopify, modern landing page builders, and analytics platforms like Gempages, Replo, Triple Whale, GA4, or similar. You understand attribution challenges and know how to make decisions despite imperfect data. You are a leader who sets direction and drives execution through your team. You know how to brief a developer, a copywriter, and a designer with precision, giving them clear direction so they can ship fast without sacrificing quality. You are not doing the production work yourself; you are the strategic and commercial brain behind what gets built, tested, and scaled. You work closely with paid media teams and understand how creative strategy, audience targeting, and funnel experience connect. You do not operate in a silo. You are fast. You make decisions, ship tests, and iterate. Your team You will have a dedicated developer and work closely with designers, copywriters, and the paid acquisition team. Nice to Have - Experience in DTC brands - Experience in supplements, health, or wellness. - Experience in performance marketing. - Copywriting skills (huge plus) Why This Role Is Different Most "CRO" roles are about running button-color tests on someone else's pages. This is not that. You will own the entire funnel development and optimization system for a nine-figure global DTC brand. You decide what gets built, what gets tested, and what gets scaled. You will see the direct revenue impact of your work not through proxy metrics buried in a dashboard, but through real changes in customer acquisition cost and revenue per visitor that the business feels immediately. If you want a role where your decisions directly move millions of dollars, this is it. Why Work With Us? - Fully remote. GMT timezone preferred - Competitive salary paid in USD - Be part of a fast-growing company with a strong focus on performance - Work with a team that values ownership, autonomy, and results - Opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue and growth Only CVs in English will be considered.
