Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or experience in sales.

As a key member of the Quality Services team, the Rehabilitation Trainer is responsible for the design, maintenance, and delivery of training programs for the Rehabilitation unit. This role works closely with Quality Services and Rehabilitation leadership to identify training gaps through quality reviews, Team Lead and Manager feedback, and performance insights, and to develop effective solutions to address those gaps.
