How you’ll make an impact in this role - Communicating between specialty pharmacies and RN Navigators/ Ambulatory Pharmacists. - Submitting, documenting and tracking prior authorizations. - Assessing patients for financial concerns relating to pharmaceutical copays. - Managing financial assistance applications from start to finish, including reenrollment. Communicating with the patients throughout the process. - Preparing appeals - Tracking of financial assistance program patients (maintaining their enrollment). - Confirming initial delivery of the medication with the patient. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: - High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional preferences we're seeking Medication prior authorization required. Epic experience preferred.
