• Reporting to the Director of Study Feasibility & Clinical Partnerships, plays a critical role in identification, sourcing, qualification, onboarding, negotiation, and management of vendor relationships to support Care Access objectives. • Review clinical protocols and other study documents to determine vendor scope and compatibility; translate protocol elements into vendor qualifications and study requirements. • Identify potential vendors based on the requirements of the protocol and other study documents; conduct market research to assess vendor capabilities, pricing models, and risk factors. • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts in collaboration with direct report, legal and finance teams. Track contract renewals, expirations, amendments, and compliance requirements. • Identify and troubleshoot vendor-related issues impacting clinical execution or study timelines; establish performance metrics and monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Global Vulnerability Management team, building technical depth, analytical rigor, and measurable security outcomes. Build team capabilities while setting a high bar for technical depth, analytical rigor, and measurable security outcomes. • Own and improve the end-to-end vulnerability and exposure management lifecycle across diverse technology stacks, from discovery and validation through remediation and closure verification. • Drive risk reduction by prioritizing the exposures that matter most using exploitability, asset criticality, threat intelligence, attacker tradecraft, and business context rather than severity scores alone. • Perform and review technical analysis of vulnerabilities and exposures, including exploit research, validation, root cause analysis, compensating controls, and remediation recommendations. • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, product security, governance/risk, security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence teams to drive remediation, improve accountability for risk treatment, and align priorities to active threats. • Support security coverage across cloud, containers, CI/CD pipelines, internet-facing services, and application ecosystems, including areas where tooling is owned by adjacent teams. • Drive automation and data operationalization across vulnerability ingestion, enrichment, prioritization, workflow orchestration, and reporting using Python, SQL, and platforms such as Domo and Snowflake. • Deliver clear reporting to leadership on exposure trends, remediation progress, control gaps, and areas requiring escalation.

Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage the Task Order change management process in compliance with TekSynap BMS 7.04.0, ITIL practices, AF TO 00-33A-1100, and Communications Squadron workflows. - Review and validate change requests for completeness, accuracy, required documentation, risk, impact, urgency, priority, test plans, and rollback plans. - Oversee and maintain the Forward Schedule of Changes and the overall change calendar. - Coordinate and track Authorized Service Interruptions through MCCC, AMAC, and other required Air Force approval channels. - Deconflict change activity across bases, functional teams, and approval authorities to prevent mission disruption. - Coordinate with Base Operations Managers, M-NOSC, Core Engineering, Infrastructure Deployment, and Communications Squadrons on scheduled and emergent changes. - Enforce documentation, audit, reporting, and quality standards for all change activity. - Establish or refine Communications Squadron change workflows when gaps exist or assistance is needed. - Provide daily SITREPs to the Program Manager for all High or Critical changes. - Submit weekly reports on change metrics, processing timelines, risks, delays, and required leadership support. - Ensure post-implementation reviews and closure documentation are completed before final change closure. - Establish, maintain, and control configuration baselines within the designated CMDB. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Three (3) year of experience with managing change control, configuration management, and asset tracking - Expertise in program analysis and evaluation. - Proficiency in data analytics and data-driven decision making. - Skilled in process documentation and workflow development. - Experience in report development and presentation. - Knowledge of research methods and analysis techniques. - Must have an active Secret clearance CERTIFICATIONS - ITIL V4 foundation or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
