Performance Measurement Analyst

• Responsible for developing & supporting management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the Operations organization • Specific duties include daily reporting, compilation of the annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts • Measurement and presentation of key performance indicators relative to goals, targets, budgets, and trends • Prepare and lead presentations for senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Finance role performing Data Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting or Data Analysis.
- A background in Supply Chain or Ops Finance is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Highly advanced skills and experience in MS Office Suite, including demonstrated use of Excel in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in SQL GUI, PowerBI, PowerPoint, & Word
- Understanding of variance analysis and financial performance monitoring
- Ability to summarize clearly and concisely financial analysis results.
- Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with ability to meet deadlines.

• Architect and deliver robust logic via Make, Zapier and custom APIs for critical CSX journeys (Customer Journey and Support), Marketing (lead acquisition) and Sales (sales process); • Implement automated error-handling flows to manage third-party system failures (connector instabilities). Systems administration and AI; • Perform expert-level administration in Pipedrive (emphasis on objects such as Organization, Contact, Deals, Projects and Activities/Tasks, as well as maintaining and creating native automations); • Feed, train and optimize snippets and knowledge rules for AIs (e.g., Intercom Fin).
