Senior Manager, PFS Professional Services

Progress

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent consulting engagements across commercial and regulated customers • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, aligning solutions to business objectives, technical requirements, and value realization goals • Own engagement health, including scope, schedule, quality, and risk management • Ensure delivery aligns with applicable security, compliance, and governance requirements • Manage, coach, and mentor consulting team members across experience levels • Own project financials, including forecasting, utilization, and margin performance • Partner with sales and solution teams to support pre sales activities • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, and operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology delivery roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading client engagements
  • Strong client facing communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage delivery execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand, discuss, and guide solution architecture and implementation decisions
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to being our federal group and relevant system access points
