Job Title: Manager – Data Services & Insights (LIFE SCIENCES) Location: Remote Experience: 5 –7 years (with a minimum of 5 years working in or supporting Life Sciences) About the Role We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Services & Insights to work directly with life sciences clients, delivering Data Warehouse (DWH), Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Visualization projects on cloud platforms. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions, implement dashboards and reporting tools, and provide ongoing managed services. The role involves working with life sciences datasets, supporting analytics, and enabling actionable insights. Candidates should be comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, managing risks and conflicts, and acting as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities - Deliver DWH, MDM, and Data Visualization projects on cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, or AWS). - Deliver dashboards and reports built on Power BI, Tableau, and leverage Python for analytics; AI/ML experience is a plus. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to capture requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. - Support ongoing managed services, monitoring SLAs and maintaining operational excellence. - Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to clients. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field. - 5 – 10 years of experience delivering DWH, MDM, and Data Visualization solutions in life sciences. (ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY) - Proficiency with cloud platforms: Azure, Snowflake, or AWS. - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python - AI/ML knowledge is a plus. - Strong knowledge of life sciences datasets (CRM, sales, commercial data). - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability in risk management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment. - Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to clients and internal delivery teams. - Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and project execution skills. Financial & Resource Management - Oversees resource planning, workload balancing, and capacity management across the PSE team. - Manages consolidated and personal oversight of budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned engagements. - Allocates financial and personnel resources to ensure delivery commitments, margin expectations, and customer outcomes are met. - Monitors consumption, financial performance, and contractual alignment across the PSE portfolio. Process, Quality & Continuous Improvement - Ensures adherence to Professional Services quality standards, workflows, and governance processes. - Identifies opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalability across PSE engagements. - Partners with leadership to evolve delivery models, tools, and best practices to support growth and consistency. - Supports change management and adoption efforts for new programs, offerings, and ways of working. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred. - Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in healthcare services, professional services, or consulting, including leadership of client‑facing teams. - Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi‑site healthcare or enterprise engagements. - Strong people leadership capabilities with a proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high‑performing professionals. - Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and portfolio‑level performance management. - Excellent executive communication, organizational, and analytical skills. - Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, cross‑functional environments. - Travel requirements of 60% to 75%. The base pay range for this position is: $143,900 - $197,868 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
