Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage daily operational execution and maintain the TO4 operational battle rhythm. - Approve and coordinate local maintenance windows in alignment with change control procedures. - Direct restoration priorities and coordinate technical escalation paths for efficient incident resolution. - Ensure ServiceNow queues and workflows are maintained and that SLA targets are consistently met. - Deliver daily operational summaries, SLA metrics, and immediate situation reports for High and Critical incidents. - Prepare or coordinate After Action Reports and track corrective actions to completion. - Coordinate operational tasks and issue resolution with Base Operations Managers, the Infrastructure Deployment Manager, and Tier 2 on-site support teams. - Ensure all Authorized Service Interruptions are submitted, coordinated, and approved through MCCC and AMAC and that execution meets operational readiness and engineering baseline requirements. - Develop standardized Tier 2 upgrade and proficiency training products for both legacy and modernized networks. - Work with Core Engineering and the Operations Engineering Lead to ensure training materials accurately reflect technical baselines and operational requirements. - Provide training packages to Base Operations Managers and support them in tailoring materials to meet base-specific needs. - Enforce safety, OPSEC, and base access compliance across all operational activities. - Maintain continuous communication with PMO leadership to report risks, operational impacts, and emerging issues. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Eight (8) years of relevant experience. - Experience coordinating with Civil Engineering, Security Forces, the Communications Focal Point, and Information System Security organizations. - Ability to participate in a twenty-four hour on-call rotation. - Experience developing or managing operational procedures, training materials, or Tier 2 operational readiness programs. - Must have an active Secret clearance CERTIFICATIONS - ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of service management processes. - DoD 8140 or DCWF alignment.
