Major Responsibilities: - Serve up new, IT focused Agile solution teams using advanced concepts and tools. - Perform the role of Scrum Master as defined in the 2020 Scrum GuideTM. - Collaborate with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role. - Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. - Participate in and contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice. - Establish and communicate team-level metrics. - Support operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. - Adheres to regular and predictable attendance. - Other duties as assigned.
