Job Summary B&A is seeking a dynamic PeopleSoft HCM Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support the successful delivery of enterprise IT initiatives using Agile methodologies. This role will serve as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise application implementations and working closely with Product Owners in complex stakeholder environments. Responsibilities The Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead will support Agile delivery processes, including: - Facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Ensuring team adherence to Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices - Identifying and removing impediments and blockers to maintain team productivity and sprint commitments - Coaching team members on Agile methodologies and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability - Collaborating closely with the Senate Product Owner (PO) to manage backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness - Monitoring team performance through Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and driving improvements - Supporting cross-team coordination and communication in multi-team or scaled Agile environments - Facilitating conflict resolution and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment - Ensuring transparency through regular status reporting and stakeholder communication Education and Experience - Experience with PeopleSoft HCM implementations - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile delivery roles - Bachelor's degree required - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification - PMP certification Required Skills - Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master on enterprise application implementation projects - Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills - Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster team collaboration - Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments Desired Skills - Experience in government or legislative environments - Familiarity with hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models - Experience supporting enterprise HR or financial systems implementations (e.g., PeopleSoft) Security Clearance - US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance More About B&A: Notable Clients B&A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
