• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business needs from stakeholders, translating them into business requirements documents for development teams • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization • Design and develop robust system solutions, including process flows, use cases, and data models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities • Collaborate closely with development teams, quality assurance, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure successful delivery of solutions • Create test plans and perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and provide ongoing support for implemented systems • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including training materials, and user guides • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned business domains and systems, providing guidance and support to end-users • Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and Jabil's evolving business needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing or global enterprise environment
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, system design, and implementation methodologies
- Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other enterprise-level applications (e.g. MES, EAM, PLM, etc.) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP are a plus.
