Sourcing Pursuits Lead

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

• Serve as the primary sourcing point of contact for an assigned industry division • Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists to develop end-to-end third-party solutions that address specific industry challenges • Act as Global Pursuit Lead on multi-region client opportunities, coordinating sourcing activities across multiple geographic markets • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and supplier capabilities within your assigned sector • Support client meetings and presentations by providing sourcing expertise and solution recommendations • Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing processes and solutions specific to your industry division

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
  • 10+ years strategic sourcing and/or sales solution development related experience; MBA preferred
  • Ability to understand and identify contractual terms impacting Sourcing & Procurement
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, organization skills, and strong analytical ability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking
  • Complex negotiation skills
  • Creative and critical thinking to design assumption-based solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of organization and project management skills; including time management for balancing multiple deadlines
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
