Overview Job Summary The Title Exam Coordinator will be responsible for the review of the search abstracts from the public real estate records and create various title products based on the client, state, and underwriting guidelines. What you will do - Maintain requests for property searches and replacement policies from vendors. - Review searches and policies received to ensure compliance with order request guidelines. - Manage search invoices in system. - Manage check payments for workshare policies. - Assist with Attorney Title Certification Requests for those states that require one. - Assist with requests for additional documents from vendors, when needed. - Additional Duties, as assigned.
