Job Description
Staff Product Designer, Commerce
Girls Inc. Of Greater Miami
The Role Linktree is evolving from a link-in-bio product into the control center for digital presence — where creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses curate their profile, grow and engage their audience, and increasingly turn that audience into a business. Commerce is the layer that enables people to sell what they offer, land partnerships, and create paid audience experiences directly through their Linktree. It includes first-party (1P) commerce—people’s own offers such as physical and digital products, services, courses, and bookings—as well as third-party (3P) commerce, including affiliate and sponsored offers and brand collaborations. It also includes paid audience experiences, such as paid messaging, that allow audiences to engage more directly with creators and businesses. We’re hiring a Staff Product Designer, Commerce to lead the design of these experiences end-to-end. You’ll shape how people set up and present what they offer, how audiences discover and engage with those opportunities, and how Linkers manage and optimize their commerce activity through insights, workflows, and intelligent automation. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving marketplace, financial, and workflow challenges — and wants to help define how people build and grow a business through Linktree. What You'll Do - Lead design for Commerce across 1P and 3P commerce surfaces and paid audience experiences, along with the tools that help people manage and grow them on Linktree. - Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to translate user needs and business opportunities into clear, end-to-end experiences. - Define patterns for setup, merchandising, discovery, conversion, and management across products, services, courses, bookings, and partnership workflows. - Shape the supporting systems around Commerce—including Media Kits, rewards, earnings insights, and optimization tooling—so people can understand performance and act on it. - Drive alignment across teams on the principles and patterns that make Commerce experiences coherent across Linktree. - Influence product roadmap and provide hands-on design leadership to ensure teams ship high-quality experiences across both audience-facing surfaces and business management tools. What You'll Bring - 8+ years of product design experience, including owning complex, cross-functional systems from concept through launch and iteration. - Proven ability to design in systems, not just screens: patterns, flows, frameworks, and scalable UX architecture. - Strong experience with commerce, marketplace, creator, SMB, or workflow-heavy products. - Comfort designing across ambiguity—turning multiple earning models and constraints into clear, intuitive product experiences. - Ability to balance the needs of multiple sides of an ecosystem, including sellers, audiences, brands, and partners. - Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research partners, with the ability to influence product strategy as well as execution. - A portfolio showing exceptional craft and end-to-end thinking (problem framing → flows → UI → iteration → outcomes). Bonus if you have experience designing for: - Commerce platforms (products, services, bookings, subscriptions) - Affiliate, sponsorship, or partnership ecosystems - Creator tools or SMB platforms - AI-powered commerce experiences such as recommendations, personalization, insights, or merchandising Why This Role Matters Commerce unlocks new ways for people to earn through Linktree — bringing together products, services, partnerships, and paid audience experiences into a unified system. As Staff Product Designer, Commerce, you’ll help define how these opportunities are presented, discovered, and managed across the platform. Your work will help evolve Linktree from a place people share links into the control center where people grow their audience and build a business around it. Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $200,000 - $230,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed. P.S. If you don’t tick every box in this listing, please don’t rule yourself out. We take pride in inclusion and hiring incredible human beings with great potential over ticking boxes – so if this role resonates with you, hit that apply button! Our Story We’re on a mission to empower anyone to curate, grow, and monetize their digital universe. We created the “link in bio” category — and we’re just getting started. From creators, artists, and entrepreneurs to global brands, we’re redefining how people connect with their communities, showcase their content and promote products — all in one link. Today, a community of 70+ million use Linktree, including icons like Adidas, TikTok, the UN Environmental Program, The NFL, Manchester United, World Central Kitchen, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, and Selena Gomez. With 48,000 new accounts created every day, Linktree is the fastest-growing leader in our space. We’ve teamed up with some of the world’s biggest platforms including TikTok, Snap, YouTube, GoFundMe, Spotify, Google, Stripe, Reddit, Laylo, and Kajabi, to unify Linkers’ digital spaces, and we partner with retail brands Amazon, Nike, Nordstrom Target, Sephora, Vuori, and more to share products they love. We’re a tight-knit, passionate team building best-in-class tools that make online presence simple, powerful, and yours. If you're excited by the idea of shaping a new category, setting the standard, and making space for everyone to be seen and succeed, we’d love to meet you. Where and How We Work We're a global, diverse team spread across continents with offices in London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, and San Francisco. We work together flexibly and you can choose the setup that works best for you: fully remote or a hybrid mix of office and home. We offer autonomy in how you structure your days and weeks. While we’re mindful of time zones and occasionally collaborate outside the typical 9–5, we lean into async work to keep things flowing. Our culture is family-friendly and Zoom-casual where kids, pets, and delivery drivers are welcome. How we’ll help you thrive Our approach to benefits considers the whole person and the unique contributions they bring to Linktree. We want the experience at Linktree to be one that enables people to truly thrive so we can Go Further Together (one of our values). Some ways we support you: - An annual wellbeing allowance to use on things like (but not limited to) fitness memberships, development courses, childcare, travel, charitable donations, pet insurance, home office set-up - the choice is yours! - 100% coverage (and 80% for your dependents) of your monthly premiums for medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance for US-based employees. - Employer contribution towards your retirement. - Generous time off for vacation, holidays, parental leave, volunteer time, and other categories. - Employee stock option program - we want each and every employee to share in the company’s success. At Linktree, we believe in promoting a culture that celebrates unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences, and we’re proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and has equal opportunities to thrive. We aim to foster a diverse and inclusive environment where all team members have a sense of belonging. Linktree welcomes all people regardless of sex, gender identity, race, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, age, or other lived experience. If you require accommodations to fully participate in our opportunities, please don't hesitate to reach us at talent@linktr.ee – your needs are important to us.

Lead Product Designer, Discover
CircleThe all-in-one community platform for creators and brands. https://circle.so/
About UsCircle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand. We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 200 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot. Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come! Check out our Careers page for more about working at Circle. About DiscoverPeople are looking for more than content. They're looking for growth, connection, and transformation — experiences that change how they see themselves and the world. Circle is where they find that. Not another platform optimizing for clicks and consumption — a place built around becoming something. Discover is where Circle becomes visible to the world — the surface where creators get found and people find experiences worth their time. It's a two-sided marketplace problem spanning communities, courses, events, and more. And it's one of the most genuinely interesting design challenges on the platform. About the roleYou'll own Discover end-to-end as the lead designer: identifying opportunities, setting design direction, and shipping work that raises the bar for how discovery feels at Circle. You'll work closely with a founder-led product team that has strong vision and high standards — and you'll bring the craft, the systems thinking, and the bottom-up ideas that make that vision real. You'll be joining a design team where context is shared openly, ownership is real, and talented people are trusted to do their best work. This role is for designers with deep experience in consumer marketplace products — owning discovery, ranking, and engagement at scale; if your background is primarily in internal tools, CMS platforms, or growth systems, this role will not be a fit — please apply to our Core Product role instead. The problem you'll be solvingDiscovery is one of the hardest design problems. You're serving two audiences with opposing needs simultaneously: creators who need visibility, trust signals, and growth; and consumers who need signal through noise, confidence to commit, and experiences that deliver on their promise. What makes this genuinely novel is AI as the core interaction model — not a filter or a recommendation widget, but the primary way Discover understands intent and surfaces what's worth someone's time. How does an AI-driven experience build trust in a marketplace? How do you make an AI-driven surface feel like a trusted recommendation from someone who knows you, not a ranked list from a system that doesn't? These are real open questions, and the quality of the answers will show up directly in the product. What you'll be doing - Own Discover's design end-to-end. Identify opportunities, frame problems, set design direction, and ship. You connect dots across the platform — understanding how a community business compound product feeds into what Discover surfaces — and you make that systems understanding visible in every design decision. - Design AI-driven discovery experiences. The new world UX is conversational and relational. You'll design the interfaces, curation experiences, and trust signals that make AI-driven discovery feel effortless — building the relationship between the platform, creators, and members in ways that feel human, not algorithmic. - Serve both sides of the market. You understand what makes a marketplace work at a systems level — how creator visibility gets earned, how consumer confidence gets built, how one broken experience erodes trust on both sides. That understanding drives your design decisions, not just your surface-level execution. - Prototype at speed. You use AI-assisted tools — Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable — because you've already figured out it's how ideas get stress-tested fast. You stay in the problem through to launch, working closely with engineers to close the gap between concept and shipped experience. - Mentor and elevate. You raise the craft standard on Discover through the quality of your own work and how you develop designers alongside you. You give real feedback and set a high bar. What you'll need to be successful - Strong alignment with our values, find our values on our career page if you haven’t read up on them yet - You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5. - Marketplace or two-sided platform experience — this is a hard requirement. You've designed for both sides of a market. You know what breaks trust and what builds it. Your portfolio shows you shaped outcomes, not just interfaces. - 5+ years of product design experience, including shipped 0→1 work, complex multi-user flows, and clear evidence that you drove product direction — not just executed it. - Experience as the most senior designer on a product area — setting direction, making tradeoffs, and owning outcomes without constant guidance. - Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping. You build realistic prototypes yourself using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable. This is how you think, not just how you produce. You can speak concretely about your process. - Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and cross-functional collaboration. - Proactive communication. You share your thinking before you're asked, surface decisions early, give real opinions, and keep your team informed without being prompted. At Circle, communication is how trust gets built and work gets shipped. - Comfort designing in ambiguity. Discover is still taking shape. You build conviction through iteration, not by waiting for perfect requirements. $140,000 - $170,000 USD per yearThe cash compensation range shown is a starting point. In addition to equity, benefits and perks, your cash compensation is subject to an annual review and increase on a once per year basis. The fun stuff - Fully remote: work from anywhere in the world! - Autonomy and trust to do your job: we care about outcomes over everything else. - Paid time away: all employees are given 35 days of PTO annually. We also offer a paid sabbatical after 5 years. - Generous U.S. benchmarked compensation and startup equity no matter where you are in the world.* - Awesome medical coverage with 100% coverage for you and your family, or medical reimbursement options where applicable!* - Parental leave for parents expanding their family, or just starting one. - Home office stipend to help you get up and running. - Learning & development stipend to help you level up your professional skills. - Annual bonus potential for roles that don't already receive variable income or commission. - Company retreats: Twice a year, the Circle team gets together for a fully paid company retreat in incredible places around the world! We’ve had past retreats in Colombia, Portugal, and Mexico, with more planned on the horizon. - Check out our Careers page for more. *Your role, location and unique circumstance may affect this.
