• The Risk Analyst uses data analysis, visualization, and modelling techniques to provide insights, identify trends, and detect fraud risks, offering actionable recommendations that strengthen decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. • Creating and maintaining risk-related dashboards for local operations based on programme, donor, and operational needs. • Managing and organising data from multiple sources, including those not captured within internal systems. • Developing and maintaining reports that triangulate data to support the Risk Management function with information about actors on our platform. • Analysing data to detect risk and fraud patterns and reporting these insights to the Risk Management team. • Building tools that help local and global teams identify trends, understand risks, and make informed decisions to improve process controls. • Supporting donor reporting where needed. • Participating actively in meetings and projects, collaborating closely with team members, and staying up to date with the latest data and fraud detection practices. • Supporting colleagues and contributing to other projects across the organisation as required.

• Execute analysis frameworks based on key impact metrics per country context. • Provide actionable analysis to answer programme implementation questions and generate insights for various stakeholders to inform program design and improvement. • Maintain the organization's data quality standards through regular internal checks and reviews. • Perform data audits to identify and resolve issues, while training Ecosystem trainers and coordinators on best practices to promote a strong data quality culture among all actors. • Prepare comprehensive reports and document insights that drive programme improvement, ensuring that complex data is communicated clearly to diverse audiences.

• Take complete ownership of protecting Tiko’s global digital assets. • Provide expert guidance to ensure employees, systems, and third-party partners protect sensitive data. • Design and enforce security frameworks (such as ISO 27001 and NIST) across all active and future markets. • Partner closely with IT, Engineering, and Privacy teams to embed a culture of security. • Lead comprehensive risk assessments, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and threat modelling. • Collaborate with the Privacy team to assess and mitigate security risks associated with emerging AI tools. • Design, implement, and maintain robust technical measures to safeguard network and servers. • Oversee information security due diligence for all external vendors before onboarding. • Continuously monitor network traffic and system health to detect, isolate, and respond to anomalies. • Lead the development and execution of incident response plans and manage regulatory reporting. • Develop and maintain internal security policies to ensure alignment with global cybersecurity frameworks. • Design and deliver engaging security awareness training to cultivate a proactive security-first mindset.

• Own the QA standards and processes for your team, acting as an internal mentor to ensure engineers treat quality as a shared, proactive responsibility rather than an afterthought. • Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, continuously auditing team workflows and suggesting iterative improvements to our testing delivery pipelines. • Architect and maintain clean, easily digestible test documentation and compliance logs that future-proof our engineering knowledge base. • Design, build, and maintain both manual exploratory tests and automated test suites that safeguard our core platform features. • Refine and expand our automated testing frameworks, leveraging modern tools to accelerate regression testing and continuous integration. • Analyse test results and communicate complex technical findings to developers in a clear, constructive manner that upskills future code quality.

• Evaluate and evolve Tiko's global data function. • Assess current data setup and provide roadmap for data-driven operating model transition. • Ensure data teams meet business analytics needs. • Recommend optimal data team structures and governance. • Define standards and best practices for data engineering. • Conduct skills assessment and capability uplift plans for data analysts.

• Collaborate closely with our Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering teams to build robust dashboards, visualizations, and reports that power every department. • Apply advanced data analysis to transform raw data into actionable insights and trends. • Serve as the strategic compass for decision-making across the organization, assisting departments in executing programs successfully. • Develop tools to analyze data to identify trends, insights, and risks that will support the Insights team in day-to-day execution of their programs. • Create and maintain data dashboards from local operations as well as other sources. • Turn findings into clear reports and recommendations to help local and global teams improve control over their processes.

• Developing and implementing state-of-the-art Social and behavior change interventions in support of Tiko’s health programs, which focus on adolescents and young people. • Developing Tiko platform marketing and communications strategy, bringing insights about our users, their needs, motivations, and both their online and offline behavior. • Translating Tiko social behavior changes and marketing strategies into actionable plans and activities within the country context to drive demand for Tiko platform membership and services uptake - this will include developing and executing content, brand materials, social media engagement, and continuous effective messages. • Employing a data-driven approach to field operations by driving and using research and insights from the markets to continuously improve demand generation and behavior change among Tiko’s target audiences and communities we work in. • Identifying strategic SBC and marketing partnerships and branding opportunities that will put Tiko at the forefront of our target audience’s minds and influence desire for service uptake and behavior change. • Providing programmatic oversight to local partner organizations to implement SBC and marketing activities in support of our Tiko offerings. • Engaged and collaborated with line government ministries and other partners on matters of SBC and marketing, as guided by country leadership.
