Important Information Location: BrazilJob Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Work from home Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Tools Support Engineer to administer, support, and enhance our internal engineering platforms—Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, GitLab, Perforce and Code Collaborator. The ideal candidate will ensure these systems are secure, stable, scalable, and well‑integrated across the enterprise, while providing technical support to development, QA, and IT teams. Responsibilities and Duties - Administer and maintain Jira Software Management, including workflows, schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and automations; - Manage Confluence spaces, permissions, templates, macros, and indexing; - Configure and maintain GitLab projects, groups, runners, CI/CD pipelines, branch protection rules, and access policies; - Support and administer Perforce, including depots, streams, protections, checkpoints, replicas, and storage optimization; - Manage Code Collaborator review workflows, SCM integrations, and user access; - Provide support for all platforms; resolve complex issues related to authentication, permissions, workflows, pipelines, or repository performance; - Handle incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions; - Coordinate with vendors (Atlassian, GitLab, Perforce, SmartBear) for escalations when required; - Enforce SSO access control, and audit logging across all tools. Manage SSL/TLS certificates, keystores, and renewal cycles; - Ensure adherence to organizational security and compliance standards; - Plan, execute, and document version upgrades, backup/restore tests, and system migrations; - Conduct post‑upgrade validation, performance checks, and regression testing; - Maintain high availability, reliability, and performance tuning for all services; - Maintain system architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles; - Define governance standards for project structure, branching models, permissions, and naming conventions; - Educate teams on best practices and tool usage. Essential Skills - Experience supporting or administering DevOps/ALM platforms; - Strong hands‑on experience with at least four tools from Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Perforce, Code Collaborator; - Proficiency in Linux administration, shell scripting, and basic networking (TLS, proxies, firewalls); - Working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL (queries, backups, connection tuning); - Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, SCM workflows, and DevOps pipelines. Highly Desirable Skills - Knowledge of GitLab runner autoscaling or Kubernetes‑based runners; - Perforce proxy/broker configuration and large‑binary workflow optimization; - Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, ITGC); - Experience migrating from legacy tools (e.g., Code Collaborator → modern review platforms).
