Senior Associate – Transformation & Technology FSG is the opportunity to learn and experience the finance industry for a people-oriented, hard-working, team player. Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while: - Identify potential solutions for bottlenecks, limitations, and capacity constraints within processes and technologies - Support the implementation of new technologies and processes via project management, support of team member training, and delivery of user-consumable documentation - Collaborate with leaders of our service teams to assess viability of technology solutions and process change, testing them for fit/impact within existing service models - Interface with service team leaders to monitor client “stories” associated with service teams to ensure our knowledge management system remains complete, relevant, and educational - Collaborate with the People & Culture team in supporting service team training via our knowledge management system Our requirements for you as an applicant are simple: - Experience (3-5 years) leading change management, technology roadmap creation, documentation and execution, and/or knowledge management within organizations - Passion for change and technology as part of the FSG commitment to support our team finding their success - Commitment to understanding, learning and asking the extra question(s) that allow for full understanding - Be unafraid of open-ended challenges and capable of working backwards from output challenges to identify core process and input issues - Be a team player with an enthusiastic work ethic - Learn all we teach you quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiastically - Be exceptional in your organizational and written communication skills - Have an exacting attention to detail - Be exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment If you excel in your responsibilities and fulfill your requirements, our commitment to you is: - Comprehensive benefits - Base salary commensurate with experience and success: The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 - Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time.
