Project Manager – Implementation, Delivery
ZERORISK
• Own and deliver customer onboarding and implementation projects • Manage multiple onboarding and implementation projects concurrently • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers (RAID) • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards • Provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers • Run discovery workshops with customers to capture current (as-is) processes and target (to-be) workflows • Translate requirements into User stories, Acceptance criteria, and Process flows / journey maps • Act as the bridge between customer needs and delivery teams • Work closely with configuration and implementation teams to define workflows, rules, and onboarding journeys • Validate that solutions meet business requirements • Define and review test scenarios based on requirements • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers • Act as the primary point of contact during implementation • Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders • Create and maintain project plans, requirements documentation, and process flows
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in Project Management
- 3–5 years’ experience in Business Analysis
- 3–5 years’ experience in Implementation / Delivery roles in SaaS
- Strong experience in Requirements gathering & documentation
- Strong experience in Process mapping (flows, journeys)
- Strong experience in Stakeholder management
- Strong experience in UAT
- Experience working with Cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, CS)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Position Description The Sales Engineer/PM is the primary Smart Care sales contact for key customers and is responsible finding, qualifying, developing, proposing and closing business. After the sale, this role is responsible for making sure customer needs are being met thereby driving retention and growth of their assigned accounts. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with all levels in the customer organization, striving to find the systems and services which best fit the needs of the customer. This role excels at proactive communication with internal departments and external customers and works cross-functionally across Smart Care teams to ensure customer issues are being addressed and new opportunities are capitalized upon. To succeed in this position, candidates should have strong technical skills with exceptional communication, problem-solving and time management skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with customers. Main Responsibilities - Proactive and ongoing selling activity with customers to understand their needs and position Smart Care to win $1-$4M of project business, with service agreements attached. - Builds personal relationships with customers based on trust and respect seeking to be a trusted advisor. - Navigates customer organizations to build advocates and awareness across multiple functional areas and regional/local leaders - Develops solid Pipeline for work in development, and delivers signed contracts as Forecasted.
