• Pre-Qualification: Contact all borrowers within 24 hours after the Initial Loan Consultation • Review the borrower’s cash, credit, and income qualifications • Review the 1003 application with borrowers and request documentation • Explore all loan options before declining a pre-approval • Keep referring Realtor partners updated on borrower progress • Pre-Approvals: Accurately issue pre-approval letters for qualified borrowers • Provide payment scenarios and closing cost estimates • Proactively follow up with pre-approved buyers • Communicate pre-approval parameters clearly to borrowers • Provide supporting pre-approval documentation • Notify referring Realtors immediately when pre-approval is issued • Expedite urgent pre-approval requests • Identify and flag potential red flags or issues • Pipeline Management: Onboard all newly received contracts for rate lock consultation • Submit loan applications to processing for eDisclosures • Monitor loan progress and perform daily pipeline reviews • Deliver weekly borrower updates and Realtor updates when needed • Ensure 95%+ of loans close on time • Resolve 95%+ of issues before escalating to the Loan Officer • Contact borrowers, attorneys, and Realtors before contingency deadlines • Review Closing Disclosures for accuracy • Conduct pre-closing calls 48 hours before closing • Make congratulatory funding calls to borrowers and Realtors • Provide post-closing support • Maintain professional communication in all calls and emails • Deliver a concierge-level experience for borrowers and referral partners • Stay up to date on investor guidelines and program changes • Attend team pipeline meetings and collaborate with processing teams • Be available after hours for urgent borrower questions

Job Requirements

  • Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain immediately)
  • 3+ years’ experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or origination
  • Strong knowledge of DU/DO, LP, and investor guidelines
  • Experience with Loan Origination Systems, such as: ARIVE, LendingPad, Encompass
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to collaborate with team members across departments
  • Spanish language skills are a strong plus.

How you make a difference The Registered Nurse Telehealth is responsible for remotely assisting in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Under the supervision of the Regional Telehealth Nurse Manager and collaboration with local onsite staff, directs, guides, and assists with patient teaching and activities that commensurate with his/her education and demonstrated competencies. Qualifications & Requirements Education - Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience - Prefer a minimum of one (1) year correctional healthcare experience or - A minimum of one (1) year clinical experience.
