About the Role: We’re looking for a KOL / Affiliate Manager to grow our affiliate and partner network across Southeast Asian markets through active outreach and relationship building. This role is fully focused on searching, contacting, onboarding, and scaling new affiliates and KOLs. How you make a difference The Registered Nurse Telehealth is responsible for remotely assisting in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Under the supervision of the Regional Telehealth Nurse Manager and collaboration with local onsite staff, directs, guides, and assists with patient teaching and activities that commensurate with his/her education and demonstrated competencies. Key Responsibilities • Provides telehealth support and guidance to onsite staff in the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs. • Implements clinical and technical aspects of care, intervenes with safety techniques and procedures, and supports the implementation of medical plans and diagnostic testing. • Assists the Health Care Practitioner as necessary to meet individual patient needs, including implementing nutrition and therapeutic diet plans.• Documents nursing encounters using SOAP charting in the telehealth platform and attends mandatory staff meetings and training. • Communicates information to nursing staff, physicians, and other staff members as necessary. Qualifications & Requirements Education - Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience - Prefer a minimum of one (1) year correctional healthcare experience or - A minimum of one (1) year clinical experience. Licenses/Certifications - Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment. - Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification. • Establish and manage relationships inside NICE partner ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives that deliver profitable revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion. • Develop joint business opportunities and execute development programs for TSD growth. • Drive adoption and expansion of NICE products and services by leveraging strategic partnerships. • Exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth, pipeline creation and product/service utilization. • Document and present joint business plans for partner’s business goals and objective that align partner company solutions that support their success • Lead Training and Enablement for partners on NICE company products, services, and Go-To Market • Monitor and Analyze partner performance to identify, document, and track opportunities for continuous improvement • Leverage established support and management processes to escalate and resolve partner issues in a timely manner • Attend and participate in industry and partner events relevant to assigned partners

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practices (GPP) and protocol compliance. • Uses judgment and experience to evaluate overall performance of site and site staff and to provide recommendations regarding site-specific actions; immediately communicates/escalates serious issues to the project team and develops action plans. • Maintains a working knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines or other applicable guidance, relevant regulations, and company SOPs/processes. • Verifies the process of obtaining informed consent has been adequately performed and documented for each subject/patient as required/appropriate. • Demonstrates diligence in protecting the confidentiality of each subject/patient. • Assesses factors that might affect subject/patient’s safety and clinical data integrity at an investigator/physician site such as protocol deviation/violations and pharmacovigilance issues. • Per the Clinical Monitoring/Site Management Plan (CMP/SMP): Assesses site processes. • Conducts Source Document Review of appropriate site source documents and medical records. • Verifies required clinical data entered in the case report form (CRF) is accurate and complete via review of site source documents and medical records.
