About the Opportunity About the Team: The Revenue Enablement team harnesses the power of data, our sales framework, and technology to support selling teams in competency and skill development, performance improvement, and scaling revenue growth. We work cross functionally to provide our revenue teams with the right content, training, and mentorship they need (and at the right time!) to hone their skill sets, effectively engage with customers and partners, beat their quota, and have fun doing it!. About the Opportunity: Salsify is looking for a Revenue Enablement Consultant to collaborate with our field organization in designing and leading a variety of enablement initiatives. Your role will involve addressing team needs, driving behavior change, and aligning with business objectives to foster a high-performance sales culture. In addition to overseeing daily operations and the development of enablement programs, you will be required to travel 2-4 times a year to various US locations for up to 7 consecutive days per engagement. This travel will support the planning, facilitation, and execution of revenue enablement programs, including a multi-day annual Sales Kickoff event. How You’ll Make an Impact: - Excel in the Generalist Role: Demonstrate core competencies in instructional design, project management, data analysis, and change management. Manage diverse tasks effectively, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient prioritization. - Design and Manage LMS Content: Contribute to the design and updates of Salsify’s LMS/CMS (Allego), oversee content and knowledge management, and handle daily system maintenance. - Develop and Execute Enablement Programs: Lead the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of go-to-market (GTM) enablement programs for global revenue teams. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align with the latest releases and GTM messaging, creating engaging content tailored to revenue goals. - Plan and Facilitate Major Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute major events such as Sales Kickoffs and Mid-Year Summits. Support the operational execution of large transformative initiatives through effective logistics management and proactive communication. - Identify and Address Gaps: Quickly identify gaps in tools, reporting, and product knowledge, and execute initiatives to address these gaps effectively. Collaborate with revenue teams and cross-functional partners to develop role-specific enablement resources, manage stakeholder relationships, and facilitate feedback loops for continuous improvement.
