Senior Full Stack Engineer

• Lead technical architecture and design and present vision • Problem-solving expertise using advanced data structures and algorithms • Possess the ability to evaluate problems in both strategic and tactical terms • Lead a small team of high-caliber engineers by mentoring and coaching • Senior positive change with technical vision and innovative solutions • Strong affinity to software-driven engineering & automation • Partner with senior business and functional leaders to define technical direction • Deliver business-critical systems and components with high quality and on time • Lead by example by doing hands-on platform, backend, and frontend development • Review requests and provide constructive feedback • Investigate and propose new ideas, frameworks technologies, or processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8 or more years of progressive experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
- Proficient understanding and tech-lead level experience in one or more programming languages (Java, Scala, etc.)
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
- Experience with JSON, RESTful web services and client-server interactions
- Experience with highly scalable websites and web services (Vue.js, Angular etc.)
- Knowledge of and experience with Azure or equivalent cloud provider
- Environment management/orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, etc.)
- React Native development skills alongside web development experience
- Experience AI background, and worked on GCP/Claude/or any GEN AI Tools.
