• Attract and activate top-tier candidates who play a crucial role in building and shaping how we support small & mid-sized companies to be successful online. • Provide hands-on, full cycle recruiting support for critical, Fulfillment Management (Area Managers, Operations Managers etc.) and support positions. • Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates via various methods (like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and social media). • Conduct screening calls and video interviews to determine if the candidate meets the experience and capabilities requirements. • Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process. • Update reports, HRIS, ATS with appropriate information. • Collaborate with hiring managers regularly and help them make objective, data-informed hiring decisions. • Foster long-term relationships with candidates and provide an engaging and transparent candidate experience. • Coordinate interviews with teams; gather feedback and follow-up with candidates. • Extend job offers; negotiate compensation packages. • Actively be involved in creating brand awareness through various social media platforms and other recruitment marketing efforts. • Champion the building of diverse pipelines through strategic sourcing efforts. • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience with a passion for the candidate experience.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking system, Greenhouse preferred.
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in the CST time zone.

Position Purpose: Responsible for ensuring proper appeal classification, and identification of valid appeals, through intake and triage of member and provider appeal cases efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
