• Support the administration of global equity compensation programs including: - Stock Options - Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) - Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP) • Processing equity grants, vesting events, ESPP enrollments & purchases • Maintaining accurate employee equity records in stock plan systems • Monitoring transactions and reconciling data with HRIS and payroll systems • Supporting employee inquiries regarding ESPP, equity awards and transactions • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and tax requirements • Coordinating equity data with various business partners, i.e. payroll, finance, HR • Assisting with reconciliation and reporting in Fidelity equity platform • Maintaining documentation of equity plan procedures and policies • Providing equity samplings for audit and SOX controls • Preparing equity reports and analytics for internal stakeholders • Identifying process improvements and system enhancements • Assisting with equity system maintenance and data audits • Supporting annual grant cycles and Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of equity programs • Responding to employee inquiries related to equity awards and ESPP • Assisting with employee communications, webinars, and training materials • Supporting equity education sessions when needed

• Outbound activities to source new opportunities from new advisors • Understand advisors case design objectives and provide relevant recommendations to include running term quotes and permanent product illustrations • Track advisor opportunities in company CRM and follow-up for applications • Onboard new advisors • Aid advisors in submitting business • Required to use independent judgment related to next action necessary and in leveraging appropriate escalation and asks of both advisors and carriers • Continuously looks for ways to expedite and improve our processes and services • Maintains positive relationships with your financial advisors, underwriters, and internal team • Track record of successes in fast-paced customer service environment • Provide feedback to product and design on features for case management

• Provide the first point of contact for service users accessing EAP/Mental Health service either via the helpline or online chat facility. • Support and contain service users in the moment with brief goal focused therapeutic support and psychoeducation. • Complete appropriate brief clinical assessment to determine the service user needs. • Conduct robust risk assessments and swiftly implement risk management plans as required. • Based on the outcome of clinical assessment, identify support available and appropriate to the service user either via the EAP/ Mental Health short term counselling or other services, local charities, health care as clinically appropriate. • Accurately capture all information on the clinical database pertinent to the clinical management of the case. • Adhere to all clinical and operational protocols, standards, service levels and procedures. • Work collaboratively with our global clinical teams. • Liaising with affiliate clinicians for appointments and case updates as required. • Contribute to the service and business development as required. • Flexibility in working hours and activities in line with business needs. • Play an active role in governance and quality assurance as required.
