Treasury Manager
SyBridge Technologies
• Manage daily treasury activities including performing 13, 26 & Full year forecasting working with multiple plant controllers • Manage all bank relationships and provide information as needed to support the needs of the business • Manage intercompany cash reconciliation and accounting • Manage company credit card program • Be the primary lead for management of users and their entitlements in the banking portal • Published Daily Cash Report to CFO and Senior Mgt. team. • Maintain bank accounts documentation and signatories • Assist in Month End Closing Process • Bank & Account Reconciliation • Ad Hoc Reporting • Assist during Audit • Maintaining Month end schedules • Allocation of HR, IT and Other costs to appropriate department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 5 years of experience in accounting and finance out of that at least 2 to 3 years in Treasury role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Power Point

• Outbound activities to source new opportunities from new advisors • Understand advisors case design objectives and provide relevant recommendations to include running term quotes and permanent product illustrations • Track advisor opportunities in company CRM and follow-up for applications • Onboard new advisors • Aid advisors in submitting business • Required to use independent judgment related to next action necessary and in leveraging appropriate escalation and asks of both advisors and carriers • Continuously looks for ways to expedite and improve our processes and services • Maintains positive relationships with your financial advisors, underwriters, and internal team • Track record of successes in fast-paced customer service environment • Provide feedback to product and design on features for case management
EAP Case Manager – Fixed Term Contract

• Provide the first point of contact for service users accessing EAP/Mental Health service either via the helpline or online chat facility. • Support and contain service users in the moment with brief goal focused therapeutic support and psychoeducation. • Complete appropriate brief clinical assessment to determine the service user needs. • Conduct robust risk assessments and swiftly implement risk management plans as required. • Based on the outcome of clinical assessment, identify support available and appropriate to the service user either via the EAP/ Mental Health short term counselling or other services, local charities, health care as clinically appropriate. • Accurately capture all information on the clinical database pertinent to the clinical management of the case. • Adhere to all clinical and operational protocols, standards, service levels and procedures. • Work collaboratively with our global clinical teams. • Liaising with affiliate clinicians for appointments and case updates as required. • Contribute to the service and business development as required. • Flexibility in working hours and activities in line with business needs. • Play an active role in governance and quality assurance as required.
