Job Description We are looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer who will take part in development and maintenance services for customized software solutions for large European customer, a provider of innovative software solutions for the public sector. The client is a technology service provider specializing in digital solutions for public sector organizations. The company focuses on developing secure, scalable platforms that support administrative processes, data management, and digital transformation initiatives. The project includes software application development in the tax administration domain. The system under development is the tax administration system that covers taxation processes in one of the European countries. This is the complex system that covers the full life-cycle of tax declarations processing and tax calculations and assessments that included integration with multiple external systems. The project team consist of 20+ people Responsibilities: - Implement software components according to the design specifications - Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution - Perform unit testing of software components - Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines - Proactively collaborate with teammates and communicate with the Project Stakeholders to ensure that the Project efforts proceed efficiently and with predictability - Provide technical input into product roadmaps - Participate in triage activities (incident analysis and prioritization) - Support and optimize CI/CD processes Project Tech Stack Backend (Java): Spring, Quarkus. • Own the end-to-end development and operation of GenAI solutions in production , delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications within the industrial and manufacturing sector • Translate business and operational needs into GenAI use cases • Design and evolve RAG-based solutions , continuously improving retrieval quality, grounding, and response relevance • Increase trust and usability of GenAI systems • Implement agent based workflows and orchestration systems • Ensure system stability and performance in production by monitoring, identifying bottlenecks, and improving latency and reliability • Collaborate closely with platform and engineering teams to integrate and scale GenAI capabilities across systems
