• Own and continuously improve Jira configuration and architecture (workflows, automation rules, Rovo Agents, reporting structure). • Build and maintain dashboards, filters, and reporting views that support leadership decision-making. • Improve delivery predictability using flow-based metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and WIP limits. • Identify bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline and drive systemic improvements. • Act as a bridge between engineering, QA, product, design, and business stakeholders. • Challenge unrealistic commitments and protect delivery predictability. • Escalate risks early with structured impact analysis. • Proactively identify organizational impediments beyond the team level and drive resolution. • Influence leadership on Agile maturity improvements. • Act as an initiative change agent, not just a process enforcer.

The Scrum Master is a servant-leader and accountable owner of delivery health for one or more Agile teams. Reporting directly to the CIO, this role is responsible for ensuring disciplined Scrum execution, owning sprint predictability and flow health, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and proactive intervention. The Scrum Master partners closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable high-performing teams, remove impediments, and ensure delivery commitments are met with consistency and transparency within Integra’s project governance model.
