• Own frontend features end-to-end: From scoping and architecture to shipping and iterating—without waiting to be told what to do next. • Write clean, well-structured TypeScript: Produce code that your teammates are proud to review and that follows best practices. • Make pragmatic technical decisions quickly: Know when to go deep into a problem and when to move fast to hit a deadline. • Proactive maintenance: Identify and fix pain points in the codebase. If you spot something broken or brittle, you fix it. • Product collaboration: Work closely with product and design, but push back when something doesn't make sense for the user or the implementation. • Set the bar for quality: Maintain sensible abstractions and avoid unnecessary complexity to ensure long-term maintainability. • Contribute to technical direction: Have a voice in architecture decisions, tooling choices, and code standards.

• Work with a small cross-functional scrum team to define day-to-day activity • Collaborate to plan sprint goals and execute on those • Participate in team meetings, demos, tech talks, discussions, and learning/teaching opportunities • Work closely with a mentor to build and deploy products.

• Designing and developing web applications using React and Typescript • Taking ownership for end-to-end delivery of features • Collaborating with Designers, Product Managers and other Software Engineers • Developing front end infrastructure for scalability and performance • Driving technical excellence across web apps

• Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with many cross functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers. • Experience with a microservice architecture and platform-based development.
