Infusion Access Navigator

OI Infusion Services, LLC

Location: Remote - Time zone - EST or CST (willing to work EST hours) Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 (dependent upon experience) Position Summary The Infusion Access Navigator is a critical member of Novella Infusion’s intake and patient access team responsible for owning the “in and out” of the referral and authorization process. This role proactively identifies and resolves intake delays, drives communication with providers and patients, and ensures that each referral moves through the journey efficiently and accurately. The Infusion Access Navigator acts as a bridge between clinical intake, operations, and sales functions—bringing visibility, accountability, and speed to the patient onboarding process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Own the patient journey through the intake process, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner. - Proactively monitor cases to identify bottlenecks or missing information and take direct action to resolve exceptions and escalations rapidly. - Communicate regularly with providers and patients to share status updates, request additional information, and set clear expectations throughout the intake process. - Serve as primary point of contact for referral cases requiring coordination across multiple teams. - Review incoming referral packets to verify completeness and ensure accurate data entry into intake systems. - Work closely with Intake, operations, and sales to prevent cases from stalling and ensure smooth handoffs to scheduling. - Monitor and regularly report out on key performance metrics. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance speed and throughput, improve communication, reduce handoffs, and optimize role integration across departments. Minimum Qualifications - Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and well organized - 3 or more years in a clinical office setting - Experience in building patient charts - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple referrals simultaneously. - Prior experience with infusion therapy intake processes and EHRs - Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both providers and patients. - Proven ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments and drive cases to completion independently. - Experience in healthcare administration, specialty pharmacy, medical assisting or referral coordination preferred. Role Description GovExec is seeking a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the head of the FP&A function for GovExec. In this role you develop and track KPIs by department and product, ad hoc analysis for department heads, and support the CFO on merger & acquisition (M&A) execution and integration. A key focus will be utilizing operating data from Hubspot, Asana, etc to create more data-driven forecasts, including identifying and addressing gaps in our current forecasting tools. - Lead the financial planning & analysis activities for GovExec, including the creation of annual budgets, reforecasts, monthly and quarterly reporting of financial results for management and investors, management with department heads of budget by department, and ownership of multi-year financial model. - Serve as the CFO’s right hand and a strategic thought partner to senior management, informing company strategy and evaluating business decisions through case and scenario analysis. - Be the primary FP&A partner to the Intelligence (Data and Research) business unit. - Generate, maintain, and automate financial and operational reporting for various internal stakeholders. - Partner with the CFO to ensure all operating and financial metrics are properly defined, monitored, and met. - Monitor product-level and market-level KPIs/metrics and help department heads develop ways to track these metrics and use them to optimize GovExec performance. - Own, maintain, and refine the Company’s multi-year financial models, including ARR/MRR models and unit economics to support short and long term business planning. - Partner with the Accounting team on monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements. - Be actively involved with M&A activities, including detailed financial modeling and managing integration activities. - Manage an onshore/offshore FP&A team of 3-4, setting high standards for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. - Automate and generate financial reporting, translating complex data into clear narrative and presentations that proactively address leadership and board questions. - Identify gaps in data quality or workflows and implement solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting, economics, or with relevant coursework in these disciplines. - 10-12 years professional experience in the FP&A function. - Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles. - Superb organizational skills and experience leading projects. - Robust financial and operational modeling experience with advanced excel skills and a strong understanding of modeling best practices. - Experience developing reporting packages (Excel and PPT), preferably at a growth-stage or middle market company. - History of successfully leading business case analysis and planning processes which set strategy through a financial lens. - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Requirements - Experience optimizing financial/operational software. - Experience leading (or serving as a #2) the FP&A function. - Experience dealing with debt & equity financing processes. - M&A experience. - Knowledge of and/or experience working in digital media. - Strong experience supporting subscription-based or recurring revenue businesses. - Experience with Workday Adaptive, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar tools preferred. - Demonstrated ability to operate independently and lead without formal authority.
