• Support data-driven decision-making across operations • Build and maintain KPI dashboards • Improve reporting efficiency • Deliver actionable insights to enhance operational performance • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (Excel, LIMS, internal systems) • Develop and maintain advanced Excel models (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas) • Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve consistency • Partner with operations leadership to identify reporting needs and performance gaps • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and process improvements • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools • Document data definitions, reporting logic, and workflows

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI or alike (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query; VBA a plus)
  • Experience working with operational or performance data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma; plus, two years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree
  • Basic knowledge of principles, terminology, practices, techniques and instrumentation commonly used in a laboratory setting
