This role designs, develops, and maintains scalable business intelligence solutions with a strong focus on Sigma and SQL-based data modeling. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications) 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles. 2+ years hands-on experience with Sigma required. Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, CTEs, aggregations, and performance tuning. Proven experience designing and delivering high-quality BI dashboards and visualizations. Experience validating data accuracy and performing data reconciliation across multiple systems. Ability to clearly present and communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
