Raytheon is seeking a Mgr., Procurement that will report directly to the Acquisitions Senior Manager, supporting multiple programs within the Advanced Product Solutions (APS) Raytheon business unit. Candidate will manage low volume and medium to high complexity subcontracts (domestic) and represent the Supply Chain organization at various levels on functional and cross functional teams to drive business success. In addition, candidate will serve as the focal point for communication between internal and supplier cross-functional organizations for all procurement activities. What You Will Do: - Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts. - Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. Develop business partner relationship with suppliers. - Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and other related agreements. - Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work. - Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective subcontractors, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to make a fair and reasonable price determination. - Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary.
