About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Procurement Analyst – Energy to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you’ll provide vital support to our Energy & Renewables Category Manager and a range of business stakeholders across our global network. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving visibility, accuracy, and reporting of energy-related data across approximately 40 international sites and an annual energy spend of £75–100 million. You’ll play a key role in helping us understand trends, manage costs, improve processes, and support our energy budgeting and forecasting cycles. What You’ll Be Doing - Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on energy data including spend, consumption, and pricing - Improving data accuracy and quality across multiple systems and sources - Ensuring seamless information flows between suppliers, sites, Accounts Payable, and our energy consultancy partners - Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and cost queries - Maintaining a global overview of energy consumption and cost, including shared/landlord supply arrangements - Supporting finance teams and site controllers with monthly variance reporting and impact assessments What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, organised, and confident working with data. The Global Principal Procurement Engineer is responsible for leading cost optimization initiatives across the Direct Sourcing portfolio.
