Marketing Coordinator
Lean Marketing
Highly Skilled Marketing Coordinators Needed $30–$40/hour starting rate · Minimum 3 years experience required For marketers who want ownership, impact, and the runway to grow into a marketing leader. Important note: This is not an ordinary job! We’re not a recruitment agency. We’re marketing consultants who help fast-growing businesses build their in-house marketing teams. By joining our exclusive hiring network, you’ll get first access to part-time and full-time marketing opportunities across eComm, B2B, B2C, brick-and-mortar, and SaaS companies. As roles open, you’ll be matched with founders who value strong marketers who can take ownership of execution and day-to-day marketing momentum. As a Marketing Coordinator for our clients, you’ll be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple media channels. You’ll establish a collaborative working relationship with the business owner, who will work with you on strategic and big-picture goals while you take charge of tactical implementation and execution. You’ll also have access to the Lean Marketing Accelerator to get support, further training, coaching, and strategic direction. The ability to organize, plan, and structure your workload in an autonomous fashion will be absolutely key to your success in this role. We neither have the time nor the inclination to micromanage you. You’ll have a lot of freedom but also a lot of responsibility. The Six Non-Negotiables We Look For - Copywriting. You’ll be crafting direct marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, web, and social media. Your written skills need to be excellent, and we will expect to see samples of your previous work. - Being tech-savvy. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you must be tech-savvy and be able to quickly learn how to use new marketing tools and technologies. While we don’t expect you to know all of the tools we use, we do expect you to be comfortable with them and able to pick up the concepts. Your daily tools of the trade will be CRM systems, content management systems, email marketing, etc. - Leadership potential. Initially, you’ll be our only in-house marketing person, but as you hit goals, we fully expect this role to morph into a marketing team leader role where you will manage a team of marketing assistants. - Project management. Ideally, you’ve had experience in project management. A large part of this role is creating and adhering to deadlines, drafting budgets, and moving simultaneous projects forward to completion. We need someone that can create & manage project timelines to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are completed on time. - Being teachable and coachable. There will be a LOT of learning on the job as we do marketing very differently. There is no place here for know-it-alls. We hire based primarily on attitude. - Being a self-starter. Goals will be clearly defined from the outset. Often, it will be your job to determine what needs to happen, when, and how. The attitude of continually starting things on your own is very important. Skills We’re Looking For - Copywriting: Writing and editing marketing copy for various channels such as email, website, and social media. - Email Marketing: Developing and executing email marketing campaigns and managing a CRM management. This includes writing, scheduling, and managing emails, automations, and workflows, as well as building out email marketing campaigns, sequences, and newsletters. - Design & Content Creation: Designing lead magnets, resources, content, brochures, social media posts, and landing pages. - Content Calendar Management: Developing a content plan, then creating, scheduling, and analyzing content. Ability to build high-value content assets and repurpose them across media channels. - Metrics Tracking: Weekly tracking of key metrics related to marketing activities, performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including monitoring metrics such as website traffic, leads generated, and customer engagement. - Creating and managing project timelines to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are completed on time. - Website management and/or design, including updating content, ensuring website functionality, and improving website performance. - Optimize marketing systems and processes from top-of-funnel awareness through to customer acquisition. Optimize the customer experience and increase customer lifetime value. - Coordinating with other departments, sponsors, and partners: Coordinate marketing activities with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives. Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships with other organizations to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences. - Social Media Management: Creating, scheduling, and monitoring engaging social media content that forms part of the bigger marketing strategy, as well as engaging with audiences online. Other Skills That Are a Plus: - Coordinating and executing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches. - Video production: Coordinating and managing video content and production pipeline, managing videographers, and scheduling video content. Basic video editing skills are a plus! - Cold Outreach: Cold email outreach and account-based marketing implementation across multiple channels. Perks of the Job - Full access to the Lean Marketing Courses, Accelerator, and proven frameworks, including templates, SOPs, and an assigned coach to help you fast-track results - Remote-first opportunities: Most clients hire remotely, with a few offering in-person options depending on location - High-impact work directly with founders and leadership teams - A clear path to leadership roles as companies scale - $25-$40/hour starting rate, based on experience

Marketing Coordinator
OpenTableAt OpenTable every employee has an impact on how we help restaurants around the world succeed.
With millions of diners, 60,000+ restaurant partners and 25+ years of experience, OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG), is an industry leader with a passion for helping restaurants thrive. Our world-class technology empowers restaurants to focus on what matters most – their team, their guests, and their bottom line – while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion. Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global team and its portfolio of metasearch brands. Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture. Role Overview This is a highly executional role designed to be the "engine room" of our international B2B marketing efforts. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (International), you will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution. Your focus will be on managing the end-to-end localisation process, coordinating creative workflows, and maintaining the technical health of our marketing systems. While this is an execution-heavy role, we are looking for someone who can think critically—identifying missing pieces in a project brief, asking the right questions before starting a task, and proactively suggesting the best next steps to keep projects on track. This is a fully remote role based in Taipei, Taiwan. To be eligible, applicants must have permanent, full working rights in Taiwan. Key Responsibilities 1. Localisation & Sales Enablement - End-to-End Project Management: Own the localisation workflow for sales collateral. This involves managing handovers from the centralised team, ensuring post-localisation formatting is perfect, and driving QA/approvals with Market Managers. - Asset Management: Maintain the sales portal to ensure all localised content is up-to-date, organised, and easily accessible for global sales teams. 2. Creative & GTM Execution - Launch Support: Oversee the technical localisation of creative assets for GTM strategies and product launches (e.g., product screens and visual content). - Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate internal reviews and consolidate feedback to ensure all content is brand-compliant and market-ready before launch. 3. Digital Content & Email Operations - Email Marketing: Build email campaigns. You will be responsible for the technical setup of templates (ideally in Marketo or SendGrid) and ensuring tracking is correctly implemented. - CMS & Technical Tasks: Manage website updates via WordPress and build/edit landing pages to support regional campaigns. 4. Content & Asset Management - Testimonial Library: Proactively audit and expand our testimonial database, collaborating with Market Managers to source and align quotes with local market priorities. - Video & Social Management: Organise video assets, maintain the "source of truth" for international video content, and support Meta-related campaign tasks. What We’re Looking For Technical Experience - Systems Savvy: A fast learner who is comfortable navigating various software. Experience with WordPress, Figma, Pendo, and Meta Business Suite is highly regarded. - Landing Page Construction: Proven ability to build and edit web pages within a content management system (CMS) environment. - Email Platform Experience: Hands-on experience building campaigns in Marketo and SendGrid is a significant plus. Execution & Critical Thinking - Operational Proactivity: You don’t just "click buttons"—you review the brief, ask the right clarifying questions, and identify potential bottlenecks before they happen. - Meticulous Detail: You have an "eagle eye" for QA and formatting. You take pride in maintaining organised libraries and meeting tight deadlines. - Workflow Management: Experience managing complex, multi-market content workflows (video, design, and digital) in a fast-paced environment. Communication & Writing - Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive approvals across different time zones. - B2B Copy Editing: Strong writing skills with the ability to review and polish B2B content for local relevance and clarity. Work Environment & Flexibility At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations. Inclusion We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves. If you need accommodations during the application or interview process, or on the job, we’re here to support you. Please reach out to your recruiter to request any accommodations.
