Job Description
AI Automation Engineer – Full-time
CONVACT - Agentur für Suchmaschinenoptimierung
• You analyze existing workflows in our agency and identify processes that can be made faster, cleaner, and more scalable through AI and automation. • You design, implement, and maintain automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable systems. • You connect different tools and platforms via APIs, webhooks, databases, and interfaces so that information flows reliably and processes run stably. • You build internal AI workflows for areas such as sales, project management, reporting, content, recruiting, and back office. • You test new AI models, tools, and agent setups and evaluate which solutions are practically useful for our company. • You document processes, workflows, and technical solutions clearly so they remain usable and scalable long-term. • You support the rollout of new digital processes within the team and help ensure they are used correctly in day-to-day work. • If necessary, you further develop small custom solutions yourself when low-code tools are not sufficient. • Over time, you will also contribute to the development of new AI solutions and potential SaaS products.
Job Requirements
- You have hands-on experience with process automation, ideally with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
- You are familiar with modern AI tools and models, for example ChatGPT, Claude, and other current AI systems, and understand how to integrate them sensibly into workflows.
- You understand technical fundamentals such as APIs, webhooks, JSON, and interface logic.
- Ideally, you can also program yourself, preferably in Python or JavaScript, and implement custom solutions when needed.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way and are eager to not only plan things but actually implement them.
- You learn quickly, enjoy diving into new tools and systems, and take pleasure in making processes more efficient.
- A degree or vocational training in computer science, business informatics, or IT is helpful but not required.
- For us, what you can actually do and have already built matters most. Initial professional experience is an advantage, but we are not necessarily looking for a senior.
Benefits
- You get a lot of creative freedom and can pragmatically apply modern tools and new technologies.
- You work closely with management and see directly the impact your work has on the company.
- You have the opportunity to help shape a future-focused topic in depth and to develop significantly on a professional level.
- In addition to internal process optimizations, you may also have the chance to contribute to new AI solutions and SaaS ideas over time.
- Future equity participation may even be possible.
- We value a performance-oriented, honest, and at the same time collegial environment where good ideas are implemented quickly.
- All team members receive an additional annual bonus.
- You will have a role with real responsibility, development potential, and a long-term perspective.
