Dashboards & Analytics Developer – Team Lead
Emerging Tech
• Support all activities related to task order analytics and performance monitoring • Develop, track, and support project management activities to monitor task order health • Partner with Quality and Performance teams to develop actionable metrics • Design, develop, and utilize tools to track and report approved metrics • Gather, analyze, and validate inputs for status reports, dashboards, and presentations • Ensure lessons learned from DoD, VA, industry, and academia are incorporated and documented • Engage with project teams to ensure metrics accurately reflect risks to cost, schedule, and scope • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the dashboard and analytics team
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Experience planning, designing, and overseeing deployment of complex enterprise-wide or large-scale information architectures, including hardware, software, operating systems, middleware, communications, and security components
- Knowledge of ensuring system compatibility and compliance with open systems architecture standards
- Experience identifying interfaces between enterprise applications and legacy IT environments
- Experience supporting program/project planning and milestone development
- Experience supporting business case analysis and evaluating alternative solutions and business impacts
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

We are currently seeking a DBT/ Snowflake Junior Engineer to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Duties: Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement Snowflake schemas, tables, views, materialized views, and stages to support migrated workloads. Recreate/translate Yellowbricks tables, views, and logic into Snowflake with functional equivalence. Collaborate with dbt developers to ensure dbt models are aligned with Snowflake best practices (clustering, micro-partitioning, warehouses). Develop and optimize SQL scripts, stored procedures (Snowflake Scripting), and views used by dbt, Databricks, and BI tools. Implement and manage Snowflake roles, grants, and security models in line with enterprise standards. Support performance tuning for complex queries, including warehouse sizing, result caching, clustering, and statistics. Assist with data migration and validation between Yellowbricks and Snowflake (row counts, aggregates, and spot checks). Contribute to CI/CD implementation for Snowflake objects (using Azure DevOps or similar). Work closely with onshore architects and leads, attending overlap meetings in US time zones as required. • Develop a deep understanding of our data tech stack, key data sources, and business domain to become a go-to resource for data questions across the organization • Own and evolve our dbt project — improving model structure, documentation, testing coverage, and overall warehouse architecture • Write performant, scalable SQL that integrates complex data from multiple sources into reliable tables and views that power critical business decisions • Monitor and optimize Snowflake costs through query optimization, warehouse tuning, clustering strategies, and proactive recommendations • Partner with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-modeled, reusable data assets • Establish and enforce best practices for data modeling, code review, testing, and documentation across the BI team • Identify and resolve data quality issues, building robust testing frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency • Contribute to the roadmap for our data platform, evaluating new tools and technologies as the business scales
