What You’ll Do - Coordinate scheduling for the commercial team: meetings with health system executives, internal syncs, and cross-functional working sessions - Manage conference and event logistics end-to-end, including registration, travel coordination, booth setup, and post-event follow-up - Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene, ensuring records are accurate, contacts are current, and deal stages reflect reality - Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and supporting materials for prospect and partner meetings - Support the creation and formatting of commercial materials (decks, proposals, one-pagers) as needed - Track action items from meetings and ensure follow-through across the team - Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve how the commercial team operates day-to-day You Might Be a Great Fit If You - Have 1–3 years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally at a startup or fast-paced professional environment - Are exceptionally organized and reliable.
