• Lead technical discovery conversations to understand client business processes, integration challenges, and automation goals • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and present solution recommendations aligned with client needs • Design integration architectures, workflows, and system connectivity strategies using Celigo or similar iPaaS platforms • Create functional specifications, field mappings, transformation logic, and technical documentation for implementation teams • Act as the primary functional advisor between clients and development teams during project execution • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, defect tracking, and validation processes • Support implementations through deployment, go-live, and post-launch hypercare activities • Train and educate clients on platform capabilities, best practices, and integration management • Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction • Identify opportunities for platform expansion, additional integrations, and long-term customer growth

About the Role We’re seeking a Solution Architect to work directly with customers, engineering, and our infrastructure teams to design scalable GPU cloud solutions. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor—translating customer requirements into architecture designs, deployment plans, and integration strategies using Nscale’s GPU platform. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth, customer engagement, and infrastructure expertise. You’ll help customers optimize their AI workloads, design high-performance GPU clusters, and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success on Nscale. What You'll Do - Work with customers to understand their AI workloads, technical requirements, and scaling needs - Design tailored GPU infrastructure solutions—capacity planning, cluster design, networking, and performance optimization - Provide architectural guidance across compute, networking, storage, and deployment patterns - Collaborate with engineering and ops teams to ensure customer solutions align with Nscale standards - Support onboarding, proof-of-concept projects, and GPU cluster deployments - Troubleshoot architecture-level challenges and recommend best practices for performance and cost optimization - Create solution diagrams, architecture documentation, and technical proposals - Own and create BOMs for customer solutions including RFQ process and pricing. - Serve as a subject matter expert on Nscale’s platform, features, APIs, and capabilities What You Bring - 4+ years in solution architecture, cloud architecture, systems engineering, or similar roles - Strong understanding of GPU compute, HPS, AI/ML workloads, and high-performance infrastructure - Knowledge of networking (L2/L3, InfiniBand, RoCE), storage systems, and distributed compute patterns - Experience designing or supporting GPU infrastructure clustes - Ability to translate customer needs into clear, scalable technical solutions - Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, product, and customer teams - Hands-on experience with Linux systems, containers, orchestration tools, or ML frameworks Nice to Have: - Experience with GPU cluster management, high-density compute environments, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability tools, or performance profiling for AI workloads.
