• Conduct preliminary discussions with client to help them understand the MatchMove platform • Elicit requirements from the client and get a clear understanding of their business and list use cases that the client is looking for • Create proposed solution artefacts (documents/presentations/MPVs) to help the client understand how MatchMove platform will fit into their overall landscape • Help Sales team with proposals and clarifications & proof of concepts • Front-end any technical and/or integration queries from the client’s tech team • Filter Change Requests and Requirements based on feasibility and shortlist for taking up in the product • Work closely with the Clients, BD, Tech and Product Teams to suggest possible enhancements & feature additions in the MatchMove product offering • Keep abreast of industry changes and innovations • Plan and design the structure of a technology solution • Communicate system requirements to software development teams • Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods • Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members • Assist with solving technical problems when they arise • Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure • Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions • Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

• Collaborate with the sales team to engage with clients and prospects, conducting technical discussions to understand their security challenges, objectives, and infrastructure requirements. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of our AI security solutions to prospective clients. • Architect customized security solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging your understanding of cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and industry best practices. • Lead the development and execution of proof of concept (PoC) projects, working closely with clients to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of our solutions in their environment. • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth deployment and integration process. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize our AI security products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and research, to provide feedback from the field and contribute to product enhancements and roadmap. • Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the AI security space, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise.

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both) aligned with business requirements. • Lead solution design workshops, translating functional needs into scalable technical architectures. • Define integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (Azure, APIs, third-party platforms). • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery. • Oversee customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365 environments following best practices. • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. • Review and validate solution design, code, and architecture to ensure quality and maintainability. • Support deployment strategies, DevOps processes, and environment management. • Stay updated with Microsoft ecosystem innovations and recommend improvements or optimizations.
