As Director – Planning & Mobility, you will lead our national business group and serve as a key member of the Advisory Leadership Team. You will define strategic direction, guide operational and financial performance, and support the delivery of high‑value technical solutions across all transport planning disciplines. In this role you will: - Lead performance and growth across a national team of over 100 people and a portfolio exceeding $25M. - Deliver the strategic plan for the business group and contribute to WSP’s broader Australian strategy. - Strengthen collaboration across local, national and global teams, leveraging international expertise where it adds value. - Foster a culture built on safety, ethics, performance, and engagement. - Mentor leaders and emerging talent across the business. - Build enduring client relationships and create new growth opportunities. - Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and risk management frameworks. - Partner with leaders across all parts of WSP to deliver integrated solutions. This role can be performed from anywhere in Australia, with a preference for the major cities to support connection to our clients and our people.
