IT Support Officer - Work From Home / Dayshift

We’re looking for a Website & IT Support Coordinator to manage website updates, e-commerce content, and basic IT support across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth digital operations and user experience. - Manage website and e-commerce updates across platforms such as WordPress and Shopify under direction from marketing and venue managers. - Upload and maintain digital content including events, promotions, menus, homepage banners, sliders, and pop-ups. - Create and update event landing pages, including booking links, content layout, imagery, and mobile optimisation. - Maintain website plugins, certificates, licences, and related platform requirements. - Perform regular testing of website links, booking systems, and payment pages to ensure a smooth customer experience. - Support administration of business systems including Monday.com and hospitality platforms where required. - Other position-level duties as they arise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in IT support, digital systems support, website administration, or a similar broad-based technical support role.
  • Experience managing website content and updates across WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce functionality including booking systems, payment pages, and customer-facing website troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Oracle Opera Cloud PMS is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with Monday.com is preferred, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience in hospitality, multi-site operations, or service-led environments is advantageous.

Position Overview The APAC Regional Benefits Leader is the senior regional owner responsible for the strategy, design, governance, and delivery of employee benefits and wellbeing programs across APAC (approximately 13 countries). This role goes beyond program administration. The Senior Manager will: - Act as the primary decision-maker for APAC benefits, - Serve as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisors, and - Provide direction to vendors and internal teams to ensure market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, cost discipline, and a consistent employee experience. The role is critical in reducing escalation to HQ, guiding the broker and other vendors effectively, and enabling APAC leadership through data-driven insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities Regional Benefits Strategy & Governance - Own and drive the APAC regional benefits strategy, aligned with Vialto’s global Total Rewards philosophy. - Translate global principles into regionally appropriate, market-competitive solutions. - Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across APAC and proactively recommend solutions. - Serve as the regional authority for benefits-related decisions, minimizing ad hoc escalation. Program Design, Optimization & Market Alignment - Lead the design and continuous optimization of benefits programs including health & wellbeing, retirement, life, disability, statutory leave, and region-specific benefits. - Conduct and interpret market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness across APAC markets. - Balance employee experience, compliance, and cost considerations when recommending changes. Vendor & Financial Management - Act as the senior point of contact for brokers, insurers, TPAs, and consultants across APAC. - Lead or support RFPs, renewals, contract negotiations, and performance management. - Partner closely with Finance to: - manage regional benefits budgets, - assess cost drivers, and - support forecasting and financial governance. Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Leadership - Ensure compliance with complex APAC statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., CPF, EPF, superannuation, mandatory insurance and leave frameworks). - Monitor evolving legislation and assess impacts proactively. - Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure audit readiness and risk mitigation. Stakeholder Partnership & Communication - Act as a trusted advisor to APAC HRBPs and regional leaders. - Lead regional communications related to benefits changes, open enrollment, and employee education. - Provide guidance and training to HR and Tier 1 support teams to improve first-contact resolution and reduce escalations. Data, Insights & Executive Reporting - Analyze utilization, cost, and employee sentiment data to inform recommendations. - Develop clear, executive-ready insights for Global Benefits leadership and APAC stakeholders. - Support enterprise initiatives such as PwC vs. Vialto benefits comparisons, M&A integrations, and global harmonization efforts. Global Collaboration & Enterprise Initiatives - Collaborate with Benefits leaders in EMEA and the Americas to align global programs and share best practices. - Contribute to global wellbeing initiatives, technology enhancements (e.g., Workday), and operating model improvements. - Serve as a thought partner on emerging benefits trends and innovation. Qualifications Education - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. - CEBS, IFEBP Global Certification, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred. Experience - 10–12+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits within a multinational, matrixed organization. - Demonstrated regional ownership of benefits across multiple APAC countries. - Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating with limited supervision. - Strong track record of vendor governance, compliance management, and strategic program design.
