Job Summary We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content across digital platforms. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Core Responsibilities - Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, emails, and marketing campaigns - Design assets such as banners, ads, presentations, and promotional materials - Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life - Edit and refine designs based on feedback - Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines Must-Have Requirements - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required) - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Proficiency in Canva Pro - Solid understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color, composition) - Strong attention to detail and creativity - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Good communication skills Nice to Have - Experience with UI/UX design or Figma - Basic video editing or motion graphics skills - Experience working with eCommerce or digital marketing teams - Knowledge of branding and content strategy

• Work in a collaborative team environment on multi-disciplinary complex projects • Work closely with licensed engineers on plans and calculations • Utilize expertise in Civil 3D and CAD software for sheet production work • Independently design utilities and surfaces with the oversight of an Engineer • Create accurate and efficient design solutions to develop detailed drawings and models • Design utilizing Pipe Networks, Pressure Pipe Networks, and Surfaces containing Corridors, and Feature Lines
• Develop high-impact visual assets for the retail/supermarket sector • Create Key Visuals (KVs) for seasonal and promotional campaigns • Adapt and roll out complete campaigns for digital channels • Produce basic video edits and motion graphics • Participate in brainstorms and propose new visual concepts • Maintain direct client communication
