The successful candidate has proven capability to develop solutions in Salesforce and will work with business analysts, architects, and other members of the team to help drive innovation using the Salesforce platform. Basic Requirements: - Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation. - Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States. - Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years. - Bachelor's degree (bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred). - A minimum of 5 years Salesforce (and 7 years of overall IT industry experience) with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform. Including Lightning components using the Lightning Design System, Lightning Web Components, or Lightning Aura Components and Apex (Batch, Controllers, Triggers). - Or, experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Flows and OmniStudio.    Additional Qualifications: - Previous experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.    - Some experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware.    - Deployments using Copado preferred. Knowledge of GIT and CI/CD is a must.    - Strong communication and analytical skills. - Salesforce Certified Administrator. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred). - Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer (greatly preferred). - Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant (greatly preferred). - Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer (greatly preferred). Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions according to business requirements and goals.   - Work with a team of developers and follow the Salesforce best practices.   - Perform code reviews.  - Help establish the scope and effort estimates for development.   - Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.   - Be adaptable and willing to take on tasks that may fall outside of the typical responsibilities of a developer to help the team meet sprint goals, such as:  - Help leads or architects with technical documentation. - Mentor developers blocked with any sprint tasks. - Unit testing and demos. - Propose new Salesforce solutions from recent releases and suggest industry best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including product owners, business analysts, developers, and testers, to plan and execute project sprints. • Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs. • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. • Creating timelines and development goals. • Testing the stability and functionality of the application. • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs. • Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff. • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

• Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities and Knowledge • Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc. • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools • Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements • Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code • Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage

• Lead the application development in Saleforce.com platform including architecture, design, coding, configuration, maintenance and installation • Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans) • Working closely with the business teams involving discussing trade-offs with other technology such as .NET versus the code in place, or mapping the functional requirements to Salesforce functionality • Develop Medium to Complex SF solutions to ensure that best practices are followed and the best data solutions are provided. • Create technical plans and strategies with other IT team members, developing solutions to address any agency-wide issues and making business processes more efficient. • Conduct workshops/training for other team members in the IT Team to gain a detailed understanding of the Salesforce Solution, business requirements and Salesforce Platform Capabilities. • Produce Technical documentation and help testing team.
