Job Description

Senior Project Manager

Blytheco

• As a Sr. Software Implementation Project Manager, manage the delivery of advanced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions. • Work directly with clients and our professional services team to deploy applications in a SaaS (Software as a Service) or PCS (Private Cloud Service) environment leveraging AWS (Amazon Web Services). • Manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously, setting realistic expectations while being transparent with clients. • Facilitate teamwork and help the team through difficult team dynamics. • Ensure that project plans are up to date and accurate, spotting errors in project time entries and scope changes. • Communicate and resolve blockers with the team while protecting them from scope increases mid-sprint. • Lead risk management and mitigation planning for the team, escalating issues as needed. • Maintain relevant metrics to help the team track progress during and at the end of a sprint. • Ensure the team is working within contractually agreed scope and budget, adhering to processes for scope and budget changes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a professional services or consulting environment with defined billable utilization targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience with Agile principles and Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of, and competency in, project management processes including planning, scope management, budget management, risk management, monitoring and reporting, and record keeping
  • Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Experience with risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Outstanding organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed with strong ability to prioritize, and get stuff done
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and build trust with co-workers and clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Ability to travel, as needed
